Getaway

Mommy and Daddy took a couple days off without us.
We had fun with our grandparents while they were away.
Ahh, relaxing with a cup of tea.

J. A-i was there the day before as well. You can see her photos at http://throughthislens.xanga.com/ (Thursday, April 09, 2009)

A New Game

Wasabi: Look what we've invented. All you need is a board on top of Pooh and a drawer and a couple friends.
Run laps quickly,
in every direction,
going up and down,
at the same time,
separately.
This game is brought to you by today's kids. We'll miss you Uncle J.

A Busy Day

Alpha: What do you think of Mommy's card?
Bravo: I can't read it, but it looks okay to me. Is that how you spell Happy Birthday?
Apha: Looks good to me.
Close your eyes Mommy! We're not ready yet.
Mommy: WOW, what an amazing wrapping job!
It's exactly what I wanted! The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan. Has anyone else read it?

For Mommy's birthday, we went out for brunch with A-ma. Well, Alpha slept through most of it and then managed to drop another plate (it didn't break this time) at the restaurant.

Next, we visited the Sushi Family (see next post). The kids played, the dads chatted and the moms walked. We will miss you, Pushi. See you in a couple weeks.
Next stop, family dinner. E. A-jim made the most AMAZING and INCREDIBLE cards for A-gong and Mommy.

Sushi Daycare

The new Wasabi sandwich.
Wasabi: Wait a sec... I'm a sandwich?!?
Alpha: Ask them.
Bravo: Just smile.
Are we going up or down?
A nice quiet lunch for everyone. (Is this for real?!?!)
Running around in the backyard.
Jumping on the trampoline.
Going for a ride.
It's endless fun at Sushi Daycare!

Wii Time

Like father, like son (Alpha)
3 different controllers? (R. I-diu and C. Ai)
Are we fit?

Fenced Playgrounds

Mommy loves fenced playgrounds. She'd love to find a few more. (Anyone know of any?) We like them because we can run around.

There's a slight weight advantage to the Sushi Family. (L-R: Alpha, Bravo, Wasabi, Sushi)
Alpha sliding down on his own.
Synchro-sliding, well, almost.
Bravo the bubble boy.
Wasabi, too!

Where's my slipper?

Where's my slipper?

Action, reaction.
