Ladner visit

While Daddy was recovering from his surgery (and not lifting us), we brought him along for some fun with the Sushi family.

The stroller parade.
Playing with gears and trains.
Listening to a story and songs.

Alpha: Weeeee!!
Sushi at the sand station.
Look the other way for 2 seconds and Bravo gets into the paints.
Mushi sure knows how to have fun. Food for parents and endless activites for all the kids. Thank you!!

Food!

It's been a while since you've seen what/how Alpha and Bravo are eating these days.
Alpha: Did you get the shot? I'd like to get back to eating.
Bravo: Yummy peas!! I can't get enough of them.

Alpha: Wait a sec. Is this my good side?

Bravo: Mine

First steps

Hanging out in the backyard.
Bravo: My hat is SO small!!!
Alpha's 2nd attempt at walking!!!
Could anything top the excitement of the day before? The next morning brought us to yet another level in childproofing. We found out that Bravo can climb onto the coffee table ...
and Alpha into the toy box.
Not to be outdone by his brother, Alpha climbed onto the coffee table a few minutes later.

Seeing Double

Once a month, Mommy goes out for dinner with other Mommies who have twins. This weekend, we decided to get everyone together for a picnic and pool time. There were 5 sets of twins all +/- a few months in age.

We like hanging out on the swings.

Swimming - It takes a village!

During our second week of lessons, we dunked our heads right under the water. (Bravo)

We used PFDs with E. A-jim.
Cousin Hotel and A-jik were also there and took photos.
Auntie G. came all the way from NY to swim and spent the day with us.

Waiting for our turn in the pool.
Jumping off the tower on our last day. (Okay, it was more of a lean over than an actual jump.)
Alpha making a big SPLASH as he slides in. M. A-go was there to catch him.
A-ma came with us on most days to help us change, dry off and get dressed.

So that's it for lessons this summer. A huge THANK YOU!!!! to everyone who came with us. It really did take a village to get us through our lessons. Anyone want to join us next time? Reserve your spot now! :)

Extended Family Time

Alpha and Bravo's first trip to Kids Only. I think they'll want to go back with Cousin Hotel ... often.

Mommy and Daddy went to an outdoor concert. So...

Alpha and Bravo played piano with A-gong and A-ma

and then played some more outside. Outdoor and concert!
Bravo: I've got these 2 wooden things and you've got the 2 yogurt lids.

Alpha: Yeah, I guess that's fair. But can you wave them with 1 hand at lightning speed?
